There is a combination of cutting fluid which is mixed to a specific concentration. Even the water is treated to the proper ph levels before machining. All cutters have been selected and are put into a sequence during machining to eliminate as many unwanted scratches as possible. There are also hundreds of fixtures and jigs needed to build our hinge line. This process and our constant changing product line is what sets us apart from the competition.
